The experience with all aspects from the presentation to installation and inspection was great. Glenn who presented was kind, informative and extremely helpful in finding the right system for us. The installer Robinson was extremely professional with the installation did a great job and John was also great in explaining the finance and perks!! Overall 10/10

We had a very thorough demonstration with Glenn who was very knowledgeable. We knew our water was unhealthy but the water tests proved that we needed to make a change so we decided to move forward with their water treatment system. The installation began the following evening and was completed the day after. Robinson worked tirelessly to complete the install and did a wonderful job. My interaction every step of the way with Florida Energy Water and Air has been a pleasure. Our water was tested Wednesday night and by Friday afternoon everything is up and running and has been confirmed that it’s all operating optimally. Thank you FEWA!

Every person that I dealt with during my process of purchasing the units they sold was absolutely helpful & professional. They were quick to respond, weren't pressuring you for anything, and made sure to assist in getting anything we needed. If a person didn't have the answer to your question, they reached out to the person that did and responded right away. The very same day of the installation of the systems from the water, to air, and to the laundry we could tell the difference and are happy with the purchase.

His demo was so comprehensive and informative that I decided to purchase the water filtration system on the spot! His expertise and exceptional customer service truly stood out.

We had a new water filtration system installed in Sept 2024. Amanda came to our house and did a wonderful presentation, and we talked about what size would be best. Once I paid for it, they wanted to install it the next day! We settled on the day after. Jose came and set it up in a couple of hours, very friendly, (I got him some water, pretty hot that day.) and tested it and we were up and running. Then later that day, Elba came and gave it the final inspection and she gave me some soap to use with the new system. It's working great.
